Product Nature
- eSIM Israel sells digital products — prepaid eSIM plans.
- The product is delivered directly to your email address immediately after purchase.
- As a prepaid digital product, the eSIM can be used at any time after delivery.
When You Can Cancel an Order
- Cancellation is only possible if the eSIM has not yet been issued and sent to you.
- If your order is still in 'processing' status and the eSIM has not been issued — contact us for an immediate cancellation and full refund.
- If there was a technical issue on eSIM Israel's side that prevented the product from being issued.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- Once the eSIM has been issued and sent to your email — the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
- Since this is a prepaid product, the eSIM can be used at any time — even if you haven't scanned or installed it on your device yet.
- In cases of misuse or violation of our terms of service.
- If your device does not support eSIM (you can check compatibility on our website before purchasing).
How to Request a Cancellation
- Send an email to [email protected] with your order number — before the eSIM has been issued.
- Or contact us via live chat on our website or by phone at 073-3260478.
- We commit to handling every request within 3 business days.
- If cancellation is approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Payment Methods
- We accept payments via credit cards and digital payment methods securely.
- All prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (₪). For your convenience, a USD equivalent is also displayed based on the Bank of Israel exchange rate.
- The actual charge is processed in Israeli Shekels (₪).
- There are no hidden fees — the price shown is the final price.
